The Commission also submitted a report on problems being faced by migrant Scheduled Castes community in obtaining caste certificates.
The reports contain various recommendations on the issues entrusted to the Commission regarding Constitutional safeguards of the Scheduled Castes, an official release said.
The Commission has to present to the President annually, and at other times if required, reports on the working on the Constitutional safeguards of the Scheduled Castes, an official release said.
Accordingly, Commission chairman PL Punia, Chairman along with Vice-Chairman Raju Parmar and others submitted these two reports to the President at Rashtrapati Bhawan, the release stated.
