The examination was conducted by Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) in the state capital, Kochi, Thrissur, Kozhikode and Kannur.
Students were allowed inside the examination centres after removing watches, jewellery and finger rings.
The examination is for 3950 MBBS and BDS courses in 33 MBBS colleges and universities in the state.
Most of the colleges are affliated to Kerala University. The result is expected on June 8.
About 52,305 MBBS and BDS seats are on offer nationally.
