The booking for the "Tech City" project, which would be ready for occupation in 18 months, would be made from December 4, company Director Sanjana Vijayakumar told reporters here.
The company had successfully launched its first 'affordable' project, "where 800 middle class families of school teachers, small business owners, priests, hospital staff and retired couples are living happily," she said.
The new project located at Saravanampatti was also aimed at the middle income group families who can afford the apartments, since EMIs will be close to their rent, Sanjana said.
