"There are 87 dalits, 47 minority Muslims, 64 OBCs and 27 SCs in the new team," Chaudhary told reporters releasing the list.
He claimed it was for the first time that these groups have been given overwhelming representation in party committees.
The new team has as many as 17 vice presidents, 24 general secretaries, 97 secretaries, 84 organising secretaries and 11 spokespersons.
An 83-member executive committee of senior leaders has also been set up.
In reply to a question on Congress presenting report card on performance of JD(U) ministry in the state on November 25, Chaudhary said the report card would highlight how effectively the Nitish Kumar government has utilised Centre's fund under different schemes.
"It will be an attempt to show mirror to the state government," the BPCC president said.
