Bobbi Kristina Brown's boyfriend, Nick Gordon, is being accused of assaulting Whitney Houston and Bobby Brown's daughter in a new lawsuit filed by her conservator Bedelia Hargrove.
The complaint accuses Gordon, 25, of dragging Bobbi Kristina upstairs by her hair, withdrawing her funds without authorisation, and knocking out her teeth just hours before she was discovered face down and unresponsive in a bathtub on January 31, reported Us magazine.
"Today I filed a lawsuit on behalf of Bobbi Kristina Brown. I filed this lawsuit to pursue justice on behalf of Bobbi Kristina Brown. No human being, male or female, should endure what Bobbi Kristina endured," Hargrove's statement read.
"Pat Houston and Bobby Brown have done all they can to take care of Bobbi Kristina since this terrible tragedy occurred. I have worked closely with both of them and we all want the very best for Bobbi Kristina. This lawsuit represents our collective efforts to get justice for Bobbi Kristina. We pray that justice will be done for her and that it will be swift," her statement concluded.
The lawsuit also notes that Bobbi Kristina had confided to someone that Gordon was "not the man she thought he was" and that she had set up a time on January 31 to meet with her confidant.
The document claims that she got into a "loud argument" with Gordon in her home before she was found unresponsive. Gordon also allegedly transferred USD 11,000 from her account after she was taken to the hospital.
Earlier in the day, Bobbi Kristina's family announced that after five months in a coma, the 22-year-old was being moved into hospice care.
