Night curfew extended by 2 months in border areas of Bikaner

With a view to check smuggling and infiltration across Indo-Pak border here, the night curfew has been extended by two months in border areas of the district.
The night curfew remains in force in villages Poogal, Khajuwala and Kolayat of the district from 7 pm to 6 am, officials said, adding, no one will be allowed to enter into the area without permission under Section 144 of CrPC.
This arrangement is aimed at checking smuggling, infiltration and other such activities, they said.
