Nine-member central team arrives to assess AP cyclone damage

An eight-member central team deputed by the central government to assess the damage caused by Cyclone Hudhud arrived here today evening and held discussions with district officials.
The team led by Union Home Ministry Joint Secretary K K Pathak is set to tour various places in the district and also other districts of Srikakulam and Vizianagaram which was hit by cyclone.
Four members of the team are set to tour Visakhapatnam and East Godavari district from tomorrow, while the other four members would tour Vizianagaram and Srikakulam districts.
