"Even if Congress announces any Gandhi as their Prime Ministerial candidate, they will not rise again now," Maneka said, on the sidelines of a workshop on conservation of wildlife.
Talking to mediapersons, Maneka said Congress has hit such a low that it would not be able to fight BJP in the upcoming Lok Sabha elections.
Taking on Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal, the BJP MP said the Aam Aadmi Party had fooled the people on the promise of water and electricity.
"They have promised and come to power. If the promises are not fulfilled, people will question them," she said, adding that BJP would have given better governance to people of Delhi.
