"There is no Modi wave in Haryana. Rather there is a Congress wave in the state," Hooda told reporters here.
He said Congress led government in Haryana provided all round development and good governance in the state.
"In view of all-round development, people here will vote for Congress candidates in coming Lok Sabha elections," he claimed.
"Hard work put in by the state government in the matter of development will bring good result in the forthcoming Lok Sabha elections," he said.
"There is no such differences among the leaders of Congress party. Congress leaders have been unitedly campaigning for the party's candidates," he said.
