No place for political vindictiveness: Jharkhand CM

Jharkhand Chief Minister Hemant Soren today said he neither believed in politics of vindictiveness nor liked blame game as both were detrimental to development.
Appealing to all political parties to cooperate with his new government that was sworn-in on July 13, the 37-year-old tribal leader further said he didn't also believe in imposing his thoughts.
"The reins are in my hands, but to discharge this big responsibility, it requires cooperation from all sections of the society and political parties.
"I would like to set an example by taking the ruling and the opposition MLAs along the path of development," Soren, who heads the JMM/Congress/RJD alliance, said in a written statement here.

He sought cooperation from all the political parties, media and other sections of the society in order to fulfil dreams of the people which remained unfulfilled despite the state's creation 13 years ago.
Soren, who has to take a floor test and convened the assembly session on July 18, stressed that unfinished tasks should be completed by learning from the past mistakes.

"Nothing ever achieved in delving the past mistakes and indulging in blame game," the third son of JMM chief Shibu Soren said.
"With cooperation and belief from each other, I hope the government will not only complete its term but also can negate doubts in making Jharkhand a prosperous state.

He also appealed to all political parties and the media to identify his mistakes and inform him, adding that positive criticism propels growth.
