Varma had last month reacted to a magazine cover picture of Tiger and had mocked him for posing like actress Urmila Matondkar.
The "Satya" director had later apologised for his remarks.
Varma has teamed up with Tiger's actor father Jackie Shroff for "Sarkar 3" and when asked if he would like to collaborate with the "Baaghi" star, he told PTI, "No... Not really I don't have any such plans yet.

When quizzed about it, he says, "I have decided to stop saying anything on one particular person or company.
