The 48-year-old guitarist said he would put aside his feud with younger brother for the big amount, reported Femalefirst.
"I'd do it for 20 million pounds for one gig - that is good money isn't it? But I have never had that offer from anyone yet," Noel said.
The musician had quit the group in August 2009 after a massive bust-up with Liam, 43, before a show in Paris.
