James Keene of NorthEast United FC has been suspended for next two matches of the team as per fixture of Indian Super League, for the breach of All India Football Federation Disciplinary Code for Violent Conduct and Fair Play.
According to a media release, Guilherme Felipe de Castro of NorthEast United FC has also been suspended for next match of the team for receiving 4th caution (Yellow Card) for unsporting behaviour.
In a scenario if NorthEast United FC does not qualify for semi-finals, Keene's suspension will carry forward and the player will not be eligible to play first match of whichever club he signs up after ISL.
This is according to the Article 12.1 of FIFA regulations on status and transfer of players.
