Odisha court gives verdict in six days

An Odisha court today created a record of sort by pronouncing verdict of a litigation six days after it was taken up for trial.
The theft case was taken up for hearing on January 4 while the accused was found guilty by Judicial Magistrate (First Class) Amaresh Mahapatra yesterday.
The judge convicted Basanta Das under Section 378 of IPC and sentenced him to three months rigorous imprisonment.
