The basketball star is currently recovering in Cedars Sinai hospital in LA after being found unconscious in a Nevada brothel in October following a suspected alcohol and drugs binge.
Lamar Odom Jr posted the snap on Thursday, December 31, reported Aceshowbiz. 36-year-old Odom's condition is apparently getting better.
The picture featured Odom and his children, Odom Jr and Destiny Odom.
While the former NBA star didn't smile at the camera, his kids struck poses in the background. The teen boy wrote alongside the picture, "Christmas with my pops. Here's to 2016. Blessed."
