One arrested, banned drugs recovered

Police today arrested one person following recovery of banned drugs from his possession in Tangpora area of the city.
"During the routine checking at Tangpora, police intercepted a car and recovered 600 bottles of banned drug from the procession of a driver," officials said.
They said the driver was arrested and a case has been registered in this regard.
