One booked for hurting sentiments of a community

A person has been booked for allegedly hurting the sentiments of a community through a post on a social media site, the police said today.
The police took cognizance of the matter after its attention was drawn towards it and investigations were started, a senior police officer told PTI.
"We have registered a case at the Udhampur Police Station against the person and the matter is being investigated," the officer said.
No one has been arrested yet, he said.
