The 23-year-old victim, also a salesgirl, was going to buy food at 8 am on December 30 when the incident had occurred, they said.
While accused Kamaljit Singh has been arrested, the trio are absconding, police said.
Singh also attacked the owner of the shop Azharuddin Syed with whom she worked. When Syed confronted the accused after she informed him about the incident, they allegedly assaulted him.
Later a police complaint was filed with RCF police in Chembur, following which Kamaljit was apprehended yesterday. He was later granted bail.
