One hurt in cardboard factory fire

A labourer was injured when a cardboard factory caught fire toady, police said.
The labourer suffered minor burn injuries in the blaze that was reported at the factory located in Sanwer Road industrial area, they said.
Goods worth lakhs of rupees were gutted as the fire engulfed godowns located in the vicinity of the unit.
The cause behind the mishap is investigated, according to Fire officials.
As many as 30 water tankers were used to put out the blaze that was brought under control after five hours.
