The deceased has been identified as Mohan Paswan (30), a resident of Majlispur village of Vaishali district, the police said.
The incident occurred when Mohan Paswan along with his family members were going to Adampur Badiya village to attend a marriage function when the auto-rickshaw over-turned near a diversion of an under construction bridge near Sarari village, they said.
The deceased's injured family members that includes his wife, three children, mother and brother have been admitted to sadar hospital for treatment.
