A group of people allegedly fired indiscriminately at Sonu's marriage reception party at around 11:45 PM yesterday after a heated argument with a rival group turned violent, SP (Rural) Ompraksh Yadav said.
The incident seems to be a fallout of an old enmity, he said.
Bhupendra (30) was declared brought dead by doctors at a hospital here while the injured Gyanendra and Kuldeep are undergoing treatment, the SP said.
