A day before the BJP rally here, the opposition Congress today put five questions to the visiting ruling party president Amit Shah.
Odisha Pradesh Congress Committee president Prasad Harichandan in a statement said he had asked five questions expecting reply from BJP president Amit Shah during his rally tomorrow.
Ridiculing the Central government over demonetisation decision, Harichandan wanted to know whether the corporate leaders like Mukesh Ambani and Gautam Adani were aware of the demonetisation.
"I also asked Shah to explain the reason behind waiving loans of industrialists by taking common people's money," Harichandan said adding he would also like to know as to what step the central governmet has taken by the NDA government for the kins of victims, who died due to demonetisation?
Will the Union Government waive agriculture loan of farmers? Harichandan wanted to know.
Earlier, taking a dig at Prime Minister Narendra Modi, the OPCC president wanted to know as to how much corruption, black money have been removed after 15 days of demonetisation scheme.
Stating that the common people and farmers are facing huge problems, the Congress leader said long lines are still found in front of all the banks and ATMs for withdrawal of cash. "Not a single industrialist or black money hoaders in the queue," Harichandan pointed out.
