The 59-year-old had paid almost USD 2 million for buying the store property in 2008, reported New York Daily News.
Her Chicago store was located just across the street from the Harpo Studios where she filmed "The Oprah Winfrey Show" for decades.
The store offered Oprah-logo apparels and her closet items that included designer clothing and shoes previously owned by Winfrey.
The earning from the store went to charity.
She had closed the store shortly after ending the her talk show two years ago.
Winfrey had sold an eight-room, 4,607-square-foot co-op unit in the Windy City at USD 2.75 million last year. She had bought it in 2006 for USD 5.6 million.
