Orchids The International School has designed an efficient Computer course, which is a product of careful thought and abundant testing. Based on the MIT (Massachusetts Institute of Technology) concept, the complete Computer Curriculum is refined and implemented successfully at all the branches. Students will be taught app development, coding and different creative technologies to primary, secondary, and senior secondary levels with the hope of inspiring the next-generation of innovators and tech professionals in the country. With the help of survey conducted at the pilot level, it was illustrated that most schools have assigned only a single period of computer science teaching only the basics. Orchids The International School has successfully taken up the idea of having 3-4 periods depending on the grade and covers programming languages as well, along with the fundamentals. In addition, students are taught to create their own web pages and write their own blogs. These computational subjects are relevant to the necessity of pursuing careers in information processing systems.
