Ramesh is a trained Doctor from the Christian Medical College & Hospital, Vellore. He has, during his service tenure of over 31 years, held important positions of Principal Finance Secretary, Principal Secretary Department of Health and Family Welfare and Commissioner of Industries in the Government of Andhra Pradesh.
