As the Centre announced that late Union ministers Sushma Swaraj, George Fernandes and Arun Jaitley have been conferred with the Padma Vibhushan, Oil and Steel Minister Dharmendra Pradhan said the honour is a true reflection of their unparalleled contribution in Indian polity.
"Thank Honourable Rashtrapati and Honourable Prime Minister Shri Shri Narendra Modi for the posthumous conferment of Padma Vibhushan to stalwart leaders Shri George Fernandes, Shri Arun Jaitley & Smt. Sushma Swaraj. The Padma Award is a true reflection of their unparalleled contribution in Indian polity," Pradhan said on Twitter.
