Paris, 15, cut her wrists with a meat cleaver and took as many as 20 ibuprofen tablets before calling suicide hotline, which immediately called 911 on Wednesday, reported Sun online.
"Paris feels that no one in her family 'gets' her any more and she feels isolated and alone. During the row on Tuesday night she said her father knew her better than anyone and knew what it was like growing up in the spotlight," a source said.
Paris's family has been increasingly concerned by her dark mood swings and suspected self-harming.
Jackson's fourth death anniversary will be observed on June 25.
