Montreal rock band Simple Plan, who were scheduled to perform at a private show in Paris, have cancelled their show following the attacks in Paris.
The band, however, hoped that they will be back in the city soon, reported Billboard.
"... Unfortunately, because of the tragic events that took place today, we have to cancel our plans. The French borders are closed. We plan to go back to France as soon as possible: if the situation changes, we hope to show our support to our French fans by the end of this week," the band said in a statement.
The band had played in Paris in September.
