Parts of Delhi get showers

Parts of Delhi received showers in the evening today leading to a drop in mercury from a high of 30.1 degrees Celsius during the day.
According to a MeT official, Palam and Safdarjung observatories reported rainfall of 2.4 mm and 2.3 mm rainfall respectively.
The minimum temperature settled at 18.3 degrees Celsius while the relative humidity was recorded at 94 per cent.
"Western disturbances caused rainfall in the evening here. This is a normal phenomenon though. Several other parts of north India too have reported rains today," a MeT official said.
On the weather tomorrow, he said there is a possibility of thunderstorm with rain while the maximum and minimum temperatures are likely to hover around 29 and 16 degrees Celsius.
