Parts of Uttar Pradesh get light to moderate rains

With southwest monsoon remaining normal over east Uttar Pradesh, parts of the state received moderate rainfall today.
According to the Met department, Sandila received 14 mm of rainfall and Shardanagar 6 mm. While Zamania, Robertsganj, Puranpur and Rampur recorded 4 mm of rain each, Gaighat, Ghazipur, Hardoi, Jaunpur, Ghorawal, and Nagina received 3 mm of rainfall.
The Met office has forecast thundershower at few places over east UP.
