Besides, a policy has been formulated for composition of the violation committed by delaying the allotment of plots or flats of EWS, a spokesman of Haryana Town and Country Planning Department said here.
If the process of allotment was not completed within the scheduled time period but was completed upto December 31, 2012, such colonisers were required to make onetime payment of Rs one lakh, Rs 50,000 and Rs 25,000 per colony for Hyper or High, Medium and Low potential zone respectively as composition charges, he said.
However, after June 30, 2014, if the process of allotment is not completed, composition charges at the rate of Rs One lakh, Rs 50,000 and Rs 25,000 per colony per month for Hyper or High, Medium and Low Potential Zone respectively would have to be paid from the due date upto which process of allotment is to be completed, till the date of compliance, he said.
