The complaint was filed by state spokesmen Vijendra Singh Sisodiya in the presence of party leader Deepak Vijaywargia and media in-charge Hitesh Bajpai.
In the complaint, the party said the Congress was resorting to "false statements" in a bid to entice voters.
The saffron party sought action against the Congress President under various sections of the IPC and cyber law.
