The petitioner submitted that they made all arrangements to conduct the meeting peacefully and they have sent a representation to the police on November 3 seeking protection for its conduct between 4 PM to 11 PM.
The petitioner submitted that the Police without following CRPC had simply rejected their request and hence the present petition seeking a direction from the Court to police.
