The Prime Minister, in a message said, Assam has seen all round progress and development during the third consecutive term of the Congress Government.
"I congratulate the Chief Minister and his team for their achievements. I am sure that they will continue their good work in the future also," he said.
Singh also reaffirmed the commitment of the UPA government to work for peace and prosperity in Assam.
