"The Prime Minister, who will arrive here tomorrow on a two-day state visit, has agreed for a meeting with the state ministers. Various issues relating to the state will be discussed at the meet," he told reporters after a cabinet meeting here tonight.
Chief Secretary K Jayakumar and the Planning Board Vice chairman would also attend the meeting at 7:15 PM, he said.
Chandy said despite the crisis plaguing various economies, 52 nations are sending delegations to participate in the three-day 'Emerging Kerala' meet, which will be inaugurated by Singh tomorrow.
The UK, Canada and China are sending large delegations, he said.
Chandy said he would not blame officials for any lapses resulting in controversial projects finding a mention in the 'Emerging Kerala' website.
"If anyone has to be blamed, it is myself," he said.
He reiterated that no clearances would be bypassed and all efforts would be made to clear projects in 90 days.
