Porter killed, 2 BSF jawans among 3 injured in blast near LoC

A porter was killed and three others, including two BSF jawans, injured in a blast today along the Line of Control (LoC) in Poonch district of Jammu and Kashmir.
An army officer said tonight that the blast took place near Sunea Gali belt of Mendhar sector along the LoC in Poonch district.
The officer said that the blast, which was possibly caused by an Improvised Explosive Device (IED), killed porter Khan Mohammad and injured three persons -- two BSF jawans and another porter. The injured have been hospitalised.
The officer said that the entire area has been cordoned off and searches are on.
