The film, which is shot mostly in the icy meadows of Iceland, is the first Indian film to be shot in that part of the world.
"From the intriguing name of Anjaniputra (Hanuman) which has a mythological reference, to the way he lands up in an alien country and is back to his roots, the character is not typical," he told PTI.
The 50-year-old actor said to get even with the character he had to undergo a personality makeover in terms of look and delivery of lines.
