The company had reported a net loss of Rs 21.84 crore during the same period last fiscal, Provogue said in a filing to BSE.
Total income from operations of the company also declined to Rs 86.15 crore during the quarter-under review as compared to Rs 142.15 crore in the same period, a year ago.
The shares of the company closed at Rs 5.05 apiece on the BSE, down 4.90 per cent.
