In the finals, Sourav Verma of PSPB trounced Pratul Joshi of AAI in the first set singles match by 21-15 and 1-16, took 1-0 lead.
In the second set played between Rituparna Das of PSPB and Raje Rashika of AAI, the former won comfortably defeating 21-09 and 21-14 to help PSPB maintain a 2-0 lead.
In the third set, S B Diju and K Tarun of PSPB trounced S Arjun and Chirag Shetty of AAI by 21-17 and 21-13.
The 81st Senior National Badminton Championship for Men and Women singles, doubles and mix doubles will start from tomorrow in the same venue.
The championship is hosted by Bihar Badminton Association under the aegis of Badminton Association of India (BAI).
