Secretary to the Assembly Secretariat S. Mohandoss told PTI that the session will begin with the customary address by Lt Governor of Andaman and Nicobar Islands Lt General (Retired) A K Singh, who is holding additional charge of the Union Territory since July 17.
Chief Minister N.Rangasamy who is holding Finance portfolio will present the budget on the floor of the Assembly and a decision on the date of budget would be taken in the next few days, he said.
