Assam Rifles trounced last year's runners up Mizoram in a one-sided encounter by 3-0.
Dancing Mukhim and Akkum Aao scored one each in the 16th and 25th minutes to help Assam Riffles take 2-0 lead at the half-time. Aao increased the tally to 3-0 at the 89th minute.
Punjab Police will clash with Assam Riffles in the final on December 21. Kerala Police will meet Mizoram Police tomorrow for third and fourth place.
