If the office bearer of any political party is not available for the meeting, then they can authorise two persons to attend the meeting on the behalf of their party, a Punjab CEO office spokesman said here today.
Final electoral rolls published on January 5, 2013 will be handed over to the representatives of the party during the meeting, he said.
