Punjab makes mandatory for employees to file property details

Punjab government has made it mandatory for its employees to submit details of their movable properties annually, an official said here today.
A spokesman of the General Administration Department (GAD) said the category A and B employees would have to file annual property returns from April till May 31, 2015.
"In case of joint families, the employees will have to mention his/her share of movable property in the return," he added.
The GAD has asked heads of all departments to send the requisite information to Establishment-2 branch at Punjab Civil Secretariat till May 31 in this regard.
