The company had posted a net profit of Rs 14.91 crore for the same period of previous fiscal.
Net sales of the company, however, declined to Rs 432.5 crore for the second quarter compared with Rs 463.2 crore for the same period of previous fiscal, it said in a statement.
"Radico Khaitan reported another quarter with consistent and profitable growth driven by our focused approach. Strong cash flow generation and profitable growth led by premium volumes remain the core of our strategy in the medium term," Radico Khaitan CMD Lalit Khaitan said.
"Management is confident that we have an established platform and the right strategy that will take Radico Khaitan to the next orbit of growth in the years to come," Khaitan said.
Shares of Radico Khaitan closed 5.52 per cent up, at Rs 109.00 on BSE.
