In Jaipur mercury showed an upward trend with a minimum of 9.9 degree C last night, 3.9 degrees more than previous night.
Elsewhere the nigh temperature varied between 10 and 13 degree C.
Dense fog engulfed Barmer, Jaisalmer, Bikaner, Churu, Ganganagar this morning affecting road transportation.
Eight trains of NWR were also running late from 20 mts to 12 hrs due to fog, an official spokesman said.
Hawara-Jodhpur/Bikaner train is running 12 hrs late followed by Allahabad-Jaipur and Kanpur-Bhiwani by 7:30 hrs each and Varanasi-Jodhpur by 6:30 hrs, the official said.
