Mokhla (Jaisalmer), Jeen Mata forest area (Sikar), Mansa Mata forest area (Jhunjhunu) and Grass Farm nursery (Jaipur) will be made conservation reserve in order to conserve species of wildlife there, an official spokesperson said here.
The decisions were taken in a standing committee meeting of the state Wildlife Board in which a proposal for introducing tiger safari in Olavari-Niwari forest area in Ranthambore and in Nahargarh Biological Park (Jaipur) was also passed.
The committee also decided to extend the areas of Ranthambore and Sariska to protect the depleting wild cat population and to shift bears in Sariska from other parts, the spokesperson said.
