When the House assembled at 11 AM, Congress MLAs' raised demands for Chief Minister Vasundhara Raje's resignation over Lalit Modi controversy, which the Speaker ignored and called the listed question related to cab services.
Following the Transport Minister Yunus Khan's reply, Independent MLA Hanuman Beniwal in a supplementary question wanted to know what the government was doing about drivers who have criminal cases against them.
Khan, in his reply, commented that some Members of the Assembly have cases registered against them.
Reacting to it, Khan said the cases against him would be investigated by the government.
