The minister was sitting on the passenger seat and was interacting with people near Baloch village when the incident happened, SHO Talera police station Bhagwati Prasad said.
The minister's guard sitting in the back seat sustained minor injuries. The driver was arrested and the bus seized, Bundi SP Bhuvan Bhushan Yadav said.
