Gopiram Kumawat, currently posted as Joint Secretary (Public Utility) in the Secreterate, Jaipur, was yesterday arrested in connection with a forgery case lodged against him by the principal of a law college in 2009, Circle In-charge Devesh Bharadwaj said.
Bharadwaj said Kumawat forged his second year LLB course marksheet. He was today produced before a court, which sent him to jail.
