The in-service doctors went on a mass leave on Monday across the state with resident doctors joining them today, further deepening the crisis.
The government called the doctors for second rounds of talks today. The first was held on Tuesday.
The meeting began this evening between the core committee members of the all Rajasthan State In-Service Doctors Association and Health Minister Kali Charan Saraf.
"The meeting lasted for an hour, but it remained inconclusive and the deadlock is continuing," an official of the health department said.
"The government has been apathetic towards the demands of the doctors, therefore we have decided to boycott work for indefinite period in their support," he said.
The doctors have 33 demands, including a separate cadre and related with pay grade.
